Cornerstone Care Celebrates National Health Center Week 2017 With Coloring Contest/Poster Contest

 

Cornerstone Care Community Health Centers are sponsoring a coloring contest in each of its offices. Visit any Cornerstone Care office to obtain a coloring page or download one from our website at www.CornerstoneCare.com The contest is open to all children age 2- 12. Winners will be announced on Monday, August 28th. The deadline to submit an entry is Friday, August 25th by the close of business for the office where you are submitting your entry. $20 gift cards will be awarded at 2 levels: Ages 2-5 and ages 6-12. One winner in age level will be selected from each office.

 

Winning entries will be judged based on artistic merit and color scheme. The winner will get a copy of their winning entry along with a $20 gift card!

 

Youth ages 13-17 may compete in Cornerstone Care’s poster contest. Simply design and submit a poster using any medium promoting the mission of Cornerstone Care and submit it to Outreach Director, 501 W. High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370 for a chance to win a $50 gift card. Only one winner will be chosen. Deadline for entry is August 31, 2017. Entries postmarked after August 31, 2017 will not be considered.

 

Poster and coloring contest submissions will not be returned.

 

Cornerstone Care’s coloring contest is being held as part of National Health Center Week (NHCW). The national campaign runs August 13th-19th with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s

 

Health Centers over the course of more than five decades. One of the bright spots in America’s health care system, Community Health Centers serve more than 25 million Americans, a number that continues to grow along with the demand for affordable primary care.

 

Cornerstone Care Community Health Centers work to prevent illness and foster wellness in the most challenging populations; we seek to produce innovative solutions to the most pressing health care issues in our communities.
